Hey all- I hope it's not too late to join!
I'm far from the Bay area as well, but was looking to jump in on a challenge.
I am a 31 y/o mom, wife, MS/HS teacher. I have struggled with this weight forever. I lost about 100 lbs on Atkins a few years back- and regained most of it. But, I am back.
I began induction March 1 and have lost 25 lbs
June 30 Goal: I think I should be able to get rid of another 25 lbs in the next 13 weeks.
Today's menu:
B-- 2 "twisted" deviled eggs and carrots
L-- 1 oz. imitation crab* (BAD idea!!!) with cream cheese and salsa
D-- 1 large piece of baked chkn, lettuce and ranch dressing
*stupid crab has made me soooooo sick- I read the label too late

I'm soooo sad now.
I also drink ONLY water- at least 100 oz per day. Aside from the stupid crab today, no cheats & stayed under 20 carbs each day
