Well, I tried the workout and really liked it! It was a good warm up for my bike time, too. I used the 2 lb. weighted ball but I think maybe it will be better if I also add the wrist weights. I think I need a little more weight to get better results. I think I've got a 5 lb. weight I could use, too. Eventually I'd like to work up to the 10 lb. weight!
