Hey Skin, I just re-read your post on FatSecret and Carb Cycling. Although I do not know enough (yet) to comment or provide helpful feedback, it is all quite interesting to me, so please keep us posted on your progress and discoveries along the way!
Are there not some specific guidelines that Atkins publishes on this carb cycling? Or another thread that addresses these issues? Just curious. My Atkins book STILL hasn't arrived

Are berries the first fruit that you're re-introducing? If so, I think that is a very wise fruit choice.
