It was stupid of me to wear sandals without a back strap on the lawn. I don't usually do that.
All my sandals have good support from the bottom.
The ones I had on have the same support as a walking shoe so they are fine on level ground.
But not enclosed enough for hills or bumps.
Linda: What an exciting time for you. Do you need to keep within the color scheme of the wedding?
Tomorrow I'll try a 30 minute walk again. If all goes well, weather permitting, I'll join the walking club
at Locust Grove on Saturday
