Morning Ladies,
Katy- Belle was feeling overwhelmed with TTC plus other life stress, so she decided to take a break for a while. Hopefully she is lurking around so she knows WE LOVE HER! Hope everyone has a great day! I weighed in this morning and was up a pound from my siggy weight so I'll adjust it up to 238.5, not too upset, I feel smaller and hubby says I am smaller so I'm sure it's just scale fluctuation, I know how I feel so the scale isn't TOO important. (still important just not TOO important) I have a praise report... I took a test last week (the first of 2, to get the next level of interpreter certification it Texas) and Praise the Lord... I passed.. the next test will be in July. Have a great day ladies!

Kat -
Sorry that you're having a bad day. I completely relate to that "I'm going to kill my DH fit of madness" feeling. I'll usually tell mine that I just need a minute to breathe and he gives me space. Good luck with your move. I thought you had already moved and was so happy for you. I'll hold my happiness another day or so... Sorry that you have AF right now - she is such a tease. Mel - congrats on passing the test!! ![]() Potaty - yep, you totally just blew my excuse to throw my eating plan out the window during the 2WW! I know that you don't share a blood supply, but I still try to avoid things like pain meds, alcohol, and things like that. I guess it makes sense though that ketosis wouldn't really create any issues w/ conception.Nik - any better news today? Make sure you have some good make-up BDing! Oh, and congrats on the smaller pants!!! Woo Hoo!! ![]() I can officially claim that I'm in the 2ww as FF gave me a coverline and everything. I'm just feeling my normal crampiness but nothing extraordinary. I'll keep you informed but am going to try to prevent myself from going crazy like I always do in my 2WW. ![]() I'm going to go and make dinner - spinach and chicken. I love love love spinach - I could eat it every single day. ![]() See you all tomorrow!

So agreed. I'm feeling better today. Thanks for the encouragement.
Mel: I assume you're a Spanish language interpreter? Is that right? Congrats on the test. What's next? Weigh in today shows the scale going down, but I'm still up a pound. 214 today, and I had another temp spike. Maybe this one will stick... ? |

Amber - sounds like your DH is a keeper! Mine did really well last night letting me have my crazy moments and not pushing me over the edge, even though in reality he was right and I was just making his life harder. I thanked him later cause I always want him to know how much I appreciate how hard he works at our marriage, he said his thought was basically, "no good will come of this conversation continuing". He was right
Yay for your CL and for Oing. for your TWW to be THE ONE and GL with that whole staying sane thing when you figure it out, gimme the secret ![]() Nik - glad your day was better that this was O!My day was up and down yesterday. Rough day at work, starting to get officially panicked about the move, but I'm very blessed to have wonderful family and friends that are all gonna pitch in to help get us out of there w/i the timeframe we're working with This morning was my last day as an out-of-town commuter ![]() ![]()

Mel- That's awesome that you're an interpreter. My sister is hearing impaired.
AF came this morning 3 days late. I'm getting really sick of this LOL Why can't she just come when she's supposed to. Seems like my cycles are gunna be 34-38 days now. SB is going okay. We're going to the Engineer Ball on the 5th of April. I'm so excited. Got myself a pretty red ball gown. Now I just gotta go tanning LOL |

Mel - that is so interesting that you're a SL interpreter! How did you get involved in that? Is it part of your work or something you do on the side? /interrogation
![]() Christina - Sorry about AF, hon, feel free to sit on the couch with me and pout Glad SB is working for ya! The ball sounds like a lot of fun. We'll need pics of your gorgeousness, of course! |

Kat- I work at the School for the Deaf, I took an ASL class in college and from there started working at the school and learning more (still learning) So yes it's part of my job, since I am certified I could do freelance interpreting on the side, but I haven't started doing that yet.

Mel - wow, I'm really impressed with your job and your tallent. I'd love to be able to interpret another language, much less sign language. It's really neat.
Kat - he's definitely a keeper. I feel really blessed to have such an understanding husband. Although he did leave me for the evening to go and hang out with a friend. They are babysitting his friend's daughter while his friend's wife goes and plays golf and has an outting with some of her friends. Some how I got left behind.... Oh well, I guess it might result in my hubby getting even more baby fever after sitting with his friends 15 week old baby girl. Oh, and I haven't figured out the "DO NOT OBSESS IN THE 2WW" secret. I'm slightly obsessed already - I think I've checked FF 3 or 4 times already today just to make sure it still looked pretty. Nik - I'm hoping that you got another high temp today. Christina - sorry about AF. She seems to come early or late but never on time. No wonder people hate her. I'm going to eat dinner and I'll pop back in after a few, especially since I'm husbandless for the next few hours. BRB |

Thanks for all the encouragement, gals! I did have a high temp today; looking for another one tomorrow to make it official!
Mel: Congrats on the test. That sounds grueling! Sign language can be so beautiful. Whenever we have a break coming up for school, I don't countdown the days. That might help with the 2WW. Hopefully I can join you there soon! |

Hey ladies! Seems like everyone has a lot going on! That's a good thing.Hopefully any blues left are gone today......Still catching up on the posts.... Nik, whatever you do, TRY to focus on other things...(easier said than done that's for sure), but always be positive. I think worry creates a bad atmosphere in the womb And that's also important after BFP comes. As always I'm praying for you and everyone to have baby news very soon...![]() Good hubbies are great when TTC as well as the 9month wait. Feeling great, get the blues now and again, then I shake it off when I realize how God's blessed me in so many ways. Congrats, too Mel on your job success!

Hey Dessa - thanks for popping in. I can't believe how quick your pregnancy is going by. Keep us informed on any new progress...
Nik - yeah! I'm so happy that you got a 2nd high temp. Hopefully tomorrow confirms it for you. Did you have good timing this month? I'm going to go and call my DH and see when he's coming home - I'm suddenly bored without him here and going crazy. I went to a baby site I browse around on and had to close the browser since it was making me crazy. Why did I read that site?? ![]() See you all tomorrow. |

Hey ladies! Dessa, cutie, how you been? I want to see a baby ticker or something so I can celebrate with you. I can't wait to enjoy being pregnant again. It's so magical, and this time, I won't take it for granted. With DS, I was so impatient! I hope you're relishing this intimate time you spend with baby.
Thank you all for the encouragement! It really does help me stay positive. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Amber, I'm on spring break. I wish we were near-we could go shopping! I really need to surround myself with loving, supportive friends right now. I have one friend who just had a baby last night at 8:30. Another friend should be arriving at the hospital about now for her C-section. Let's hope the baby dust drifts our way! I did get another high temp today. Strangely, FF kicked my ovulation date back to last week (3/12), when I had the two consecutive high temps and then a dip. I dipped at 5dpo, so that might be a good sign. PLUS, the timing meter shows "high" chances, with us missing only one "possibly fertile" day. Let's see how this works out! Amber, when was your O? Maybe we could be testing buddies? ![]()

Nik - okay, so you're either 3dpo or 9dpo? Do you think you did O on the 12th? I'm currently 5dpo so I'm guessing I'll test this time next week if my temps are still up. How long is your LP usually? Mine's only 11 days on average (with one cycle at 12 days over the past 6 cycles). I'm jealous that I don't have VIP FF since you know all the fertile days and have an indicator of your timing from FF. I want that!
I'm guessing it would say mine timing was good or high too though. I'll be right back... |

Okay, so I'm back (obviously). Nothing really to add. Going to go watch tv and then get to sleep. I'm exhausted. This was such a long week for me. See you all tomorrow. |

Yes; O on the 12th; 9DPO with LP of 15 days, but that was when I O'd on CD 28. This time, I O'd on CD 20, so I'm guessing my LP might get shorter, too. Still, I'm not taking a pregnancy test any time soon. My period should arrive in one week. The nice thing is that my 2WW was shorter, since I didn't get confirmation of ovulation until a week later. THAT took some stress off!
I could agree to test next Saturday-a week from tomorrow, if you want to be buddies. If you have to test earlier, I understand the temptation! |

Alright, next Saturday it is. AF would be due Friday the 28th so I'd be officially late on Saturday. I'm going to try to hold out so that I don't waste tests like every other cycle.
My cycle has been trending shorter and shorter each time as well but my LP is staying the same, so yours may stay at 15. Hopefully neither of us gets to find that out this cycle though cause we get surprised with better news! ![]() Going back to bed....just had to write my temp down... |

Hey girls. I went shopping this afternoon and got some cute work tops at Macys. They are having a huge sale for Easter. I also bought a pair of nine west shoes that I've had my eye on - they were finally marked down.
I'm going to keep the tags on and wait until I get AF before wearing anything (just incase I need to return and wait for maternity clothes). I'll post more later. Hope you're all having a great Saturday so far! |

Amber -
for your 2ww, hon. Maybe DH brought some extra baby dust home with him from watching the baby ![]() Nik - High chances sound like a great sign! for your BFP!Mel, Dessa, Christina, Amm, and everyone - & ![]() Well, we are officially moved I'm meeting the builder's rep at the old house in a few hours to turn over the keys The move went very smoothly and we've done pretty well getting things unpacked, although I'm sure it'll be a good while before we're all done. I'm being a good FlyBaby and working 15 mins at a time trying to do what I can without burning out. I'm so happy in the new place and this weekend was a constant reminder of how blessed we are - DH had class most of the weekend, so family and friends all pitched in and got us moved. So when are ya'll coming over for some LC and/or SB yummies ![]() |
