Maybe I was. Maybe I went too far. Maybe I went to her level. I just am so over Heidi SEEMING to do and say what she wants and people ( just like me) Turning a deaf ear. I did it...and I know they are doing it.
I have a new Goal for myself that involves this...I think I will blog about that next.
Amy, good moms don't use their kids' names to further their own scams. The don't leave their kid without a bed ... with a $450,000 house over their head. They don't put the security of their children in jeopardy by involving themselves in criminal activity, risking prison.

You're doing just fine, kiddo.

There's a question I've been meaning to ask and if you don't want to share then I totally understand. But how did you all discover the Russian Bride connection? I mean with all that is on the web, I am incredibly IMPRESSED that you all were able to find that information. Have you all considered going into business investing other fraud and scam artists, once the big liar begins wearing her orange suit?

Happy St. Patty's Day and for my Boston friends, Happy Evacuation Day too!

This goes way back, but someone mentioned that the "success story" photos looked phony, and it was mentioned that a lot of the women looked European, or the furniture did, or there was something about them that didn't look American. So someone else looked on a Russian bride site and found one of them. After that, the hunt was on, and the rest is history.

I tried to explain it to my husband once. It's almost like you get embarrassed about what is coming out of your Mouth. I got to the point of the Red Dress/Russian bride stuff and saw his face. It's like..."Never mind"! Just trust me, it's unbelievable but true!

The look on his face was "Information over load"!!

Same with me.

He's a retired military officer so he's very "paperwork" oriented. I just found a couple of the blogs with the most concise rundowns of the whole thing shoved them under his nose and said "here... read this"

This is why I haven't even begun to try to explain my "fascination" to my DH - he would want the "short version", and I'm afraid there is no short version of it! Entirely too much fraud, spanning too many years, involving too many people, too many socks, too many russian brides... he'd never sit still for a tenth of what's gone on!

Same thing with my DH, and he's a certified fraud examiner! I didn't get very far into the story when I saw "deer in the headlights"!

I had to tell my husband about it because he's usually watching tv while I'm on the computer. I have to explain all this laughing, exclamations, etc. that I do. He just shakes his head in disbelief.

OT--Mental Health Parity

We need your help TODAY for parity

The House of Representatives passed the Paul Wellstone Mental Health and Addiction Equity Act, HR 1424, on March 5! The House-passed measure must now be reconciled with a parity bill already passed by the Senate, S. 558. A final version will have to be approved by both chambers and signed by the President before people living with mental illnesses will finally have the same rights under their insurance plans as individuals with other health conditions.

You can help by encouraging leaders to set aside differences in the competing versions of these parity bills so that a compromise can be passed in both chambers and sent to the President's desk this year. That’s the message in a letter to the Senate leadership being circulated by Senators Norm Coleman (R-MN) and Ron Wyden (D-OR) that senators are being encouraged to sign TODAY.

Call you local representatives TODAY and ask to speak with the health legislative assistant.

well actually Kimmer made a huge mistake with the photo she submitted to WW. it was actually from the home page of a russian bridal site with a group of other not used brides and when somebody looking found it and shared well the stampeade was on.

Honeybee did a wonderful job coordinating the sites already searched, to be searched still and the found and not found grooms and brides.

there are still a few unfound ones if anybody wants to checkout the blogs here on LCFs HB set up with the info.
Kimmer got real smart with the other ones and actually used the photos one sees after one opens the persons pages so just scanning the faces on the sites will not show you all of them either. however after a while they all run together and you will discover you are finding on site 3 a real russian bride you saw in site one and not a kimkins.con russian bride face.
